Globe Fine Art is delighted to showcase the works of contemporary painter, Kat Green. Green's work explores the beauty of acceptance and impermanence. Through layers of color and texture, she captures the depth of the current moment, inviting viewers to embrace life's nuances as they unfold. "Here and Now" offers an invitation to find peace and connection in the present moment. 

 

"When the weight of daily life can start to overwhelm, I have always turned to painting as a sanctuary. It's the one thing that has provided me a means of coping by providing a place of safe harbor and tranquility. It’s here where I can express my thoughts more easily through color, mark, and shape than with any other medium. My latest body of work, "Here and Now", represents a further step in this ongoing journey of being present, seeking solace, and finding inner stillness. Creating these pieces isn’t about chasing trends or crafting something grandiose – it’s about healing and the simple joy of making something beautiful. With each stroke and color choice, driven by curiosity, it’s my intention to find peace through the act of creation. "Here and Now" is more than just a collection of art – it reflects a period of both introspection and self-reflection as to how I react to chaos around me. I invite you to share in this journey."
